Type 1 Diabetes is the worst of the two diabetes types. It is a little more diabolical, in that it is somewhat out of your control of becoming type 1.  You can eat healthy and exercise regularly, yet to your own shock, one day you or a member of your family can still be diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes. True type 1 means a non-functioning pancreas with no insulin production. What causes type 1 diabetes.  What about cow’s milk, is it safe for kids to drink, is commercial milk a hidden cause for juvenile diabetes?
