Maintain a continuous motion for every minute you eat. If you eat for one minute, walk for a minute. If you eat for ten minutes, walk for ten minutes. I personally walk for twelve minutes no matter how long I eat.  Many time I just don’t psychologically feel like walking, therefore I have set a personal commitment, twelve minutes serve as my Eat Walk default at least one time each day.

I find it easy to eat for five minutes, then walk for five minutes, short meals, short walk…Eat Walk.
